David Mooney BA (Mod) Hons (Nat Sci), MA (Nat Sci), MSc Exploration Geology (Rhodes) has been consulting to the mining and exploration industry for some 18 years, performing technical due diligence studies, desk-top studies, evaluating exploration and mining and beneficiation projects for a variety of clients, designing and providing recommendations on exploration programmes, investment opportunities and the viability of mineral projects in the platinum-group-metals, gold, silver, nickel-copper-cobalt, tin, zinc, lithium, uranium, coal, emerald and diamond sectors of the industry, in North and South America, Asia and throughout Africa. He also performs exploration, exploration programme design and project management duties for various clients.

Dr Robin Harris Bsc (Hons) PhD (Structural Geology) from the University of Cape Town and having spent some 20 years in academia, he moved into the exploration and mining Industry providing specialized GIS services as well as consulting services in GIS, structural mapping and analysis, remote sensing and data-management and provisioning services. Dr Harris has developed proprietary methodologies for merging ASTER data, Sentinel imagery and digital Geodata for Mineral Deposit Targeting. Dr Harris has also developed proprietary structural-tectonic model-computer-algorithms used to locate gold and other mineral deposits related to magmatic-arc, continental collision and other accretionary events with great success. 

Mark Wilson Is a Certified Accountant with extensive international experience in the mining industry.
He also has experience in running and operating companies, and is currently a director of a number of companies internationally, including in South Africa, UAE, and Namibia. He has experience in listing of a number of companies on various Stock Exchanges including two mining companies in South Africa and one in Namibia. Mark specializes in structuring deals and projects and securing financing for them.
